Sales Development Representative
Learn more about the role and career opportunities as an SDR.
SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales process. They act as the initial point of contact between Formalize and potential customers. Their primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads, setting the stage for the rest of the sales team.
In short, the SDR’s role is to build the sales pipeline by turning raw prospects into qualified leads, ensuring the AEs can focus on closing deals with the best potential customers.
The role offers various career opportunities, such as becoming a BDR or SDR Team Lead. The BDR (Business Development Representative) is responsible for detecting business opportunities, qualifying them, and transmitting them to the AEs.
