We firmly believe we have built an exceptional team to lead our recruitment efforts. This has been achieved, among other things, by assembling a dedicated team with extensive local recruitment experience. We are committed to providing the best candidate experience, driving continuous improvement, and staying ahead of the latest trends in our practices.
Our approach is centered on developing autonomous and scalable processes, achieved through regular reviews and refinements of our recruitment and interview methods via reverse engineering and iterative improvements. Additionally, we place significant emphasis on performance management through structured data reporting, enabling us to track key metrics such as KPIs and overall team performance.

Use of Talent Assessment
In the recruitment process, we use talent assessments. The reason for doing this is because that experience shows that it provides the best experience for both candidates and us as a company. It is not about answering right or wrong, but whether one's talents match the context you will work in. Your talents will not show what you are good and bad at but instead showcase what will drive and motivate you and what will not.
We want to hire a colleague who really thrives and flourishes with us, and therefore we are looking for the employee who will be a good fit with Formalize in relation to
- Fit between the person and work tasks
- Fit between the person and the colleagues in the team
- Fit between the person and the manager
We know that when this is staged optimally, you will be able to thrive and succeed much better in your job.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for our positions may vary in terms of the specific steps involved. The steps for each hiring process will always be outlined in the respective job postings.
To give an example, here is what a typical recruitment process for our commercial roles would look like:
- Send application and upload relevant information
- Completion of Talent Assessment
- 15 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
- 30 minutes online interview with the hiring manager
- IQ test and case preparation for last interview (homework)
- 60 minutes online or in-person case interview with hiring manager and relevant stakeholders
