We’re looking for an intern to join our Sales Office in Milan – someone eager to grow, help us expand, and not afraid to jump on a client call or dive into research.
Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. As our new Intern in our Milan office, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact in our Italian sales team.

Responsibilities
You’ll be the first intern to join the team, consisting of 10+ people, based in Milan. You will be joining our team of a total of +150 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.
You will:
- Assist in the day-to-day of sales operations with a structured and hands-on approach
- Keep everything organized and streamlined
- Support our Italian sales team and our Customer Success team based in Denmark with onboarding Italian clients
- Conduct market research to help us target new opportunities
- Help with legal translations
Qualifications and about you
- Preferably doing a bachelors or masters within the legal or business field
- A natural communicator - not scared of clients, even excited to help them
- Organized, structured, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Have an analytical mindset and love connecting dots
- Fluent in English, as you’ll be translating English legal documents to Italian
Practical information:
Starting date: As soon as possible, depending on the structure of your studies
Duration: As long as your study allows
Working hours: Full time position in our Milan office, working hours from 09.00 to 18.00
This position is a paid internship, we will share more information during the first interviews in the recruitment process.
