We’re looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to develop and scale strategic partnerships that drive growth for Formalize. As a Partnerships & Alliances Manager in our B2B SaaS organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual success. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a large portfolio of key partners.
- Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives and increase the reach of our solutions.
- Work independent on delivering education support and enablement for the partner in order to make them succeed.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
Qualifications and expectations towards you:
- Minimum 5 years in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven ability to onboard, enable, and drive long-term value in partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Experience in IT services, compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, or legal tech
- Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Native fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English
- Ability to work onsite in Madrid (40 hours per week).
- You are a team player and a quick learner, and you love to see results
It’s seen as an advantage, if:
- You have experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, cybersecurity, or legal tech partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Recruitment Process
- Completion of personality test
- 15-minute online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
- 30-minute online interview with our Country Manager in Spain
- IQ test and case preparation for the last interview
- 60 minutes in-person final interview with Country Manager and Global Head of Partnerships.
