You will work closely with our Head of Revenue Operations, learning how to hyper-scale a revenue organisation and manage a high performing Ops team, with a clear career track to managing/building your own team as the organisation grows.

As our new Revenue Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact in the Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +140 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.
- Owning revenue projects across teams, including marketing, sales and customer success
- Join the annual planning process working group, producing scenarios and revenue plans for functional leaders and Country Managers
- Running MBRs and QBRs with functional leaders and Country Managers, delivering actionable insights and ensuring implementation of these
- Ownership of territory planning and market research
- Ownership of designing commission models for SDRs and AEs + delivering monthly reports
- Become the go-to person for advice and analysis on GTM strategies
- Planning and prioritisation with stakeholders from the different departments

Qualifications and about you
- +4 years of experience in either SalesOps, MarketingOps or RevenueOps
- You are a strong communicator and likes to build relations
- You have experience managing internal and external senior stakeholders in a fast scaling organization
- Understanding CAC measures and how to build scaleable revenue engines
- It is beneficial and a plus if you have deep understanding of our tech stack
- HubSpot, Plecto, Google Sheets, Notion, Looker Studio, ChargeBee
- Experience managing people as this role has a career track to taking over manager responsibilities
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional fluency in English
- You will be based in either our Aarhus or Copenhagen office, but will be flexible traveling between them as required

- 30 minutes online interview with our hiring manager
- IQ test and case preparation for last interview (homework)
- 60 minutes in-person final interview with Head of RevenueOps and CRO
