The opportunity and what we offer
We are seeking a talented, self-directed and hands-on Paid SoMe Specialist to join our team and help drive awareness of our SaaS platform across key markets In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing team and the CMO to take our paid marketing further.
Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. As our new Paid SoMe Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our company of 120+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organization from the start. Your responsibilities are to:
- Ensure that we maximize performance across Social Media channels
- Ensure that we act efficiently on brand and product release campaigns
- Working together with the Growth Marketing team, to secure that we allocate the right budget across channels to maximize performance
- Planning and prioritization with stakeholders from the different departments

Qualifications and about you
- More than 1 year of experience in Paid SoMe marketing
- You have a strong understanding of which visuals and graphics that performs
- You have an in-depth understanding of how to optimize for performance and branding
- You know what high quality looks like and know how to expect it from your colleagues
- You are able to take charge and responsibility of key areas of the marketing deliveries
- You are used to working with stakeholders to accomplish business results
- Basic knowledge about Google Ads is a plus but not a requirement
- You're fluent in English

Recruitment Process

- Completion of Talent test
- 15 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
- 30 minutes online interview with our CMO
- IQ test and case preparation for last interview (homework)
- 60 minutes online or in-person case interview with our CMO
