The opportunity and what we offer
We are seeking a talented, self-directed and hands-on Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the adoption of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team and the engineering team to set product positioning and strategy, define and direct our go-to-market, drive product launches and shape the perception of our solution.
Whistleblower Software is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. In 2023 we grew from ~20 employees to ~80. As our new Head of Brand & Communication, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader.

Responsibilities

- Help form our product marketing function from scratch
- Contribute heavily our our positioning, customer understanding, and product understanding
- Help form and execute on our GTM motions
- Planning and prioritization with stakeholders from the different departments

Qualifications and about you
- +1 years of experience in product marketing roles within SaaS
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- You know what high-quality looks like and know how to expect it from your colleagues
- Professional fluency in English
- You can take charge and responsibility of key areas of the marketing deliveries
- You have an in-depth understanding of positioning, customer research and efficient external communication
- You are used to working with stakeholders to accomplish business results
About Whistleblower Software
Whistleblower Software is a tech company founded in 2021 with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Madrid. We aspire to help our customers solve the technical and ethical issues of implementing a whistleblower solution. With a strong platform for employee reporting, a possibility for an anonymous conversation, and a robust toolset of case management, our platform is responsible for all the technicalities in the whistleblowing process.
Currently, we are a team of +80 people from 13 nationalities operating in multiple European markets. We are one of the fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups.
The goal is straightforward: to set the new standard for whistleblower solutions across Europe.
Due to the new EU Whistleblower Protection Directive, companies with more than 50 employees must implement a whistleblower channel in their business. The Whistleblower Software system helps companies to implement a compliant solution that is both secure and transparent. Companies of all sizes can use our solution.
Our specialty is helping client-focused companies and associations such as compliance agencies, lawyers, and accountants facilitate the best solution for their client base. Our solution makes sure that both confidential and completely anonymous reporting is possible for the whistleblower.
