Whistleblower Software is on a hyper growth journey with funding in the back and we have to hire around 60 more people the next 10 months with minor mistakes in a record time. This role most likely comes with one of the biggest responsibilities and challenges of all TA roles in Denmark.Â

Responsibilities
You will be joining a small P&C team that will be growing in the near future. Therefore, you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start. Hiring managers, C-suite and P&C team will be the main colleagues of yours.Â
- End-to-end responsibility of recruitment processes (Denmark, Germany, Spain)
- Be part of building the P&C department from scratch
- Full responsibility of ATS management
- Ensure excellent alignment between you and hiring managers
- Actively participate in hiring strategies, budgeting and salary benchmarking
- Being highly involved in the development of the Spanish and German office
- Ensure top funnel performance in the talent attraction process
- Be part of building the coolest company culture across borders
- And many more… you will be very entrepreneurial in this role
Qualifications and about you
We are not looking for a specific CV, however, we are looking for someone that wants to take up a huge and difficult challenge that is bold in challenging arguments. Your mindset and how you work is vital in this position. Therefore, we welcome a broad range of profiles for this role. The following are minimum requirements.Â
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (whole process)
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to work 37 hours per week from the Aarhus office in Denmark
- Native fluency in Danish and professional fluency in English
- You are not afraid to grab the phone, make mistakes and learn from them
Not a necessity, but very nice if
- You have a background within business and preferably from a business university
- You have experience working in a startup environment
- You have knowledge working in Linkedin Recruiter, LinkedIn Corporate and TeamTailor

Currently we are a team of 40 people from 13 nationalities operating in multiple European markets. We aim to be close to 100 people by the end of 2023.

Due to the new EU Whistleblower directive, companies above 50 employees must implement a whistleblower channel in their business. The Whistleblower Software system helps companies to implement a compliant solution that is both secure and transparent. Companies of all sizes can use our solution.
Our specialty is helping client-focused companies and associations such as compliance agencies, lawyers, and accountants facilitate the best solution for their client base. Our solution makes sure that both confidential and completely anonymous reporting is possible for the whistleblower.
